I have been trying to participate in product testing through Beauty Talks for quite some time, but I repeatedly receive technical error messages. Because of these issues, I missed the recent Rituals campaign, which was very disappointing.
I don't think it is fair that members miss out on product testing because of technical problems on the platform. I was genuinely interested in testing the Rituals products and sharing my experience on social media, but I never had the opportunity because the system did not work properly.
I would like you to investigate why I keep receiving these error messages and explain what caused them. I also want to know if there is any possibility of being considered for future Rituals testing or another suitable campaign, as I missed this one due to issues beyond my control.
